HeX Group, experts in contamination control, is currently looking for a profile for its Lyra brand.
GMP and ISO 17025 compliant, our group is able to respond to all issues relating to contamination control and environmental quality. We carry out on-site tests and inspections, and offer complete solutions to our customers. We operate in areas where contamination control is a natural requirement (cleanrooms and controlled environments). We’d like you to join a team of cleanroom experts, in a company that’s always on the lookout for innovation and development.
LYRA® is an innovative SaaS software solution for the cleanroom world, enabling rapid
identification of the causes of alerts and deviations.
YOUR TASKS FOR THIS POSITION
Project management :
• Interface with users and stakeholders : Gather and integrate feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve the product. Act as the main interface with project sponsors.
• Management and Prioritization : Manage and prioritize the development of functionalities in line with business challenges and deadlines.
• Leading the Development Team : Lead and coordinate the development team to ensure project objectives are met.
• Development follow-up : Monitor developments, manage project resources and risks, and ensure compliance with deadlines and budgets.
• Documentation and Reporting : Create and maintain up-to-date project documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Test Management :
• Test Planning and Coordination : Develop and implement a test strategy to ensure product quality. Plan and coordinate testing phases with the development team and users.
• Follow-up and Validation : Monitor test results, identify anomalies and ensure that corrections are made. Validate deliverables against defined acceptance criteria.
YOUR ASSETS
• Rigorous, methodical and organized

• Fluency in French and English required
• Fluency in Dutch desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, teams)
• Mastery of tools: JIRA, Slack, Figma.

YOUR PROFILE
You have a degree in IT or project management. You have between 2 and 5 years’ experience in ICT Business Analyst and software project management (SaaS). You are fluent in French and English. Dutch is a plus.
