The expert's advice…
Tip n°1
If you are lucky enough to be involved in the design of a new zone, don’t take the “calibration” parameter lightly. Installing quality sensors with sufficient cable length to make them accessible will save you time, and therefore money, when it comes to annual sensor calibration.
Tip n°2
Often the customer thinks that a problem with the relative humidity measurement comes from the sensor itself when they see an unstable recording of their humidity sensor or measurements that are too low or too high. However, relative humidity is directly dependent on temperature. Before adjusting the equipment and risking endangering the product, a temperature calibration and a temperature mapping often allow to find the problem and to solve it at a lower cost.
