{{current_slide_index}}/{{total_slide_count}}During my pharmaceutical audits, I need to be able to show the auditors that I have the environment under control by having a sensor at the hot and cold spots of my warehouses. However, I can only define these correctly by carrying out a complete mapping of my warehouse{{current_slide_index}}/{{total_slide_count}}Some areas of my facilities are used to handle critical products with specific temperature requirements. When mapping your Warehouses, several important parameters must be taken into consideration, such as the influence of door openings on other environments (freezers or outside corridor), but also the influence of the outside temperature on the functioning of your system and control units. In some cases, it is therefore advisable to map in “winter” condition (<0°C outside) and in “summer” condition (outside temperature >25°C)
Tip n°2
By performing the appropriate calculations, you can avoid systematically moving your EMS probe location to the critical point. This will save you considerable implementation time following your mapping. However, do not forget to have your temperature sensor calibrated to ensure its accuracy and to guarantee reliable measurement traceability.
