In 2015, the Illkirch university campus site (Urban Community of Strasbourg) will be welcoming the new EASE training centre, dedicated to professions involving working in clean rooms.

The training factory currently being built near Strasbourg is set to open its doors in autumn 2016. The new venue, known as Ease (European Aseptic and Sterile Environment), will give students (as well as trainee employees and jobseekers undergoing career retraining, who will also be able to use the facilities) the opportunity to experience working in a controlled environment. This area will represent 2,500m², so more than half the total surface area of the premises. It intends mainly to offer sandwich courses, thus responding to a demand expressed by pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
