Op deze wijze wil de onderneming de ontwikkeling van haar activiteiten op het gebied van <strong>hygi\u00ebne<\/strong> herori\u00ebnteren binnen de maatschappij Sch\u00fclke, waarvan zij het volledige kapitaal in handen heeft. Dit bedrijf met 700 medewerkers en een omzet van 200 miljoen euro ontwikkelt en verkoopt <strong>antiseptische<\/strong>, <strong>desinfecterende<\/strong> en reinigingsproducten, vooral voor <strong>ziekenhuizen<\/strong> en <strong>dokterspraktijken<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1203\" style=\"width: 660px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1203\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1203\" alt=\"\u00a9 Anios\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hygiene-expertise.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/actuAnios-650.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"325\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-1203\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">\u00a9 Anios<\/p><\/div>\n<p>In het kader van dit overdrachtsproject heeft Air Liquide een aanbod tegen een vaste prijs ontvangen van een consortium bestaande uit de familie <strong>Letartre<\/strong>, oprichters van Laboratoires Anios en huidige minderheidsaandeelhouder, en de beleggingsmaatschappij <strong>Ardian<\/strong> (voorheen <strong>Axa Private Equity<\/strong>). Air Liquide zal op dit aanbod reageren na afloop van een informatie-\/overlegprocedure van de organen die het betrokken personeel vertegenwoordigen. Vervolgens moet toestemming voor de transactie worden verkregen bij de toezichthoudende concurrentieautoriteit in Frankrijk.<\/p>\n<p>Het consortium <strong>Ardian<\/strong> wil <strong>Bertrand Letartre<\/strong> en <strong>Thierry Letartre<\/strong> ondersteunen bij het project om Laboratoires Anios te laten groeien. Haar ambitie is het bedrijf te helpen om in <strong>R&amp;D<\/strong> te investeren en haar internationale ontwikkeling te versnellen, met name door middel van overnames. Laboratoires Anios werd opgericht in 1898 en is reeds in 80 landen aanwezig (30% van de omzet). Het bedrijf heeft zich gespecialiseerd in desinfecterende producten voor de gezondheidssector.
